“The Unihome” enjoys an ideal location in the suburb of Egkomi, Nicosia, 250 meters away from the European University campus, 800 meters from St George’s Medical School and 200 meters from University of Nicosia main campus. It is also situated within walking distance of several amenities and shopping areas and it is ideal for both students and academics.

The project extends over eight levels out of which six consist of nineteen studios, and the other two of eighteen studios. All floors consist of the lobby, the games room, the elevator, and stairs whilst the basement features a laundry room. There is an underground parking lot where spaces can be rented for an additional monthly fee.
