Six floors consist of 17 premium studios (37sqm) and 1 Unique Studio (61sqm), while the other 2 floors consist of 17 premium studios (37sqm) and 1 Unique Studio (61sqm).
Students’ security is our main priority. All entrances are equipped with electronic access control and the residence is monitored by CCTV 24/7 so residents can feel safe and secure at all times. Additionally, fire alarm systems and fire prevention equipment are installed.
